⭒ By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
⭒ I reserve the right to decline any request that I do not feel comfortable drawing or that does not fit my art style.
⭒ Please provide clear visual references.
⭒ I don't accept text-only descriptions.
⭒ Artist will update Client with a sketch for approval before continuing to lineart and color.  revision  
⭒ You are entitled to 2 free rounds of revisions during the sketching phase.
⭒ 2 Free minor changes after Sketch Phase.
⭒ Once the sketch is approved and I move to lineart/color, only small color adjustments can be made.
⭒ Major structural changes requested after the sketch phase may incur additional 25%–50% of the original price depending on the complexity of the change.  deadlines and delivery  
⭒ My average turnaround time is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and my current queue.
⭒ If you have a specific deadline, please discuss it with me before booking.
⭒ Finished files will be delivered in high resolution (300 DPI) via VGen or email.  use  
⭒ This commission is for personal use only.
⭒ You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, merchandise, or resale without prior written agreement and a commercial fee.
⭒ Use of my artwork for AI training or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.  intellectual property rights  
⭒ As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio or on social media for self-promotion.
⭒ If the commission is a gift or needs to remain private for a specific amount of time, do let me know in advance.  refunds  
⭒ A full refund is available if I have not yet started the work.
⭒ A 50% refund is available if the project is cancelled during the sketch phase.
⭒ No refunds will be issued once the piece has moved past the sketch phase or is completed.  communication  
⭒ Factors such as time differences and personal schedules may affect response time but I aim to respond to messages as soon as I'm available.
